For Individual clients

1-REFUNDS:
Refunds application should be addressed to Global Travel Services within 10 days after completing travel. The changes related purchased services made by  customer, is under his responsibility .  Unused portion of the services are not refunded .

2-CANCELLATIONS 
Partial cancellation  of a previously  confirmed booking , must be followed  a new  “confirmation order” from  Global Travel Services (GTS) Confirmed the modified booking. Full cancellation of a previously confirmed  booking , must be followed by  an GTS Confirmation . GTS will not be responsible for any cancellation  not confirmed back to you  by GTS and will regularly Debit the  relative  no-show charges .

a-)Escorted Tours & Cruise :

For cancellation 30 days before arrival :                                             20% of the total cost
For  cancellation from 14 to 7 days prior to arrival :                             30%of the total cost
For cancellations from  6 Days  48 hours  prior to the arrival:             %40 of the package price per person
For cancellation   less then   48 hours   prior to arrival or no shows: %50 of the package price per person   

b-)F.I.T’S: Hotels , Sightseeing ,Transfers 

For Cancellation  15-8 days before arrival     No cancellation fee (if not fair or congress period)
For Cancellation   7-2 days before arrival      First night of the hotel charge or  the transfer cost or Tour cost   
Later Cancellation or No Shows                   First night of the hotel charge or  the transfer cost or Tour cost

3-LIABILITY :
Global Travel Services (GTS) acts only as an agent for the passengers in all functions  pertaining to hotel reservations  and accommodations ,restaurant meals and services ,sightseeing tours and transportations of whatever nature And assumes  no liability for injury ,loss ,damage , accident,  delay or inconveniences which may occur either reason of defect ,or as a direct or indirect result or as acts of Government or other civil authorities (war civil disturbances , strikes ,etc. ) or any cause beyond GTS control . GTS can accept no longer responsibility for the loss or additional  expenses due to the delay or changes in schedules or other causes .
GTS reserves the right to vary itineraries in order to improve each tour to the members enjoyment  and advantage . GTS reserves the right to cancel or rescheduled  any tour departure in accordance with operation requirements. Airline alternative equipment and routings are subject to change by the Airline or the Operator and will not result in any refunds. Flight delays and changes are unfortunate, but are an inherent risk of air travel and are therefore outside the control and responsibility of GTS. Any legal proceedings against GTS must be instituted only in a state court located in Istanbul Turkey, and such claim will be decided using the laws of the state of Turkey. Any legal proceeding against the company must commence no later than one year after the travel services have been completed.

4-Other Terms-General
1 Smoking is not permitted in the tour bus/Van . 
2 Children less then 5 years old and  any teenagers under 18 years old without any company are not accepted  to the escorted tours
